The old Shogun is dead! In his stead, the young Yoshimasa is called upon the throne in the midst of the infamous Onin War, a struggle between some of our largest Daimyos. Take control of the Shogunate and a brand new mission tree tailored magnificently for the perilous seat of the Shogun. The tree will take you through the most important decisions of administrating the decentralized lands of Japan as well as quelling the various ambitious Daimyo Lords via diplomacy and eventual annexation.

The Ascension of a new Shogun, which will enable you to abdicate in favor of a young upcoming & capable heir.
The Kyoto Contribution, wherein you will gain access to the treasuries of your Subjects
An offer of Vassalage to the local warlords of Ryuku, allowing them to be a subject under our glorious flag.
Lastly, the tree grants the ability to Curb Daimyo Aggression by punishing the warmongering lords amongst our subjects, effectively breaking up centers of power and sending shocks and ripples throughout the entire island.
