Personal Training and online fitness coaching is my strength that emphasizes on people’s fitness, health issues management, personality development, performance development; and strength, endurance, flexibility and power development.
I am trying to help out people who want to look good, toned, sharp and smart and want to secure a better place in their workplace and community. It is a service to people who want to become really happy with themselves and want to make their friends, family, relatives, well wishes and colleagues happy as well.
This is for conscious people who really care of themselves, their loved ones and their community just giving one or two hours to their body and soul to immense happiness and well-being.

My first priority is to help people having some physical and mental adverse conditions so that their stress can be managed and their weaknesses can be changed into their significant strengths paving a right way to this world of great opportunities. My second priority is to to train and develop health and fitness lovers/enthusiasts as fitness ambassadors who will serve and present themselves as an ideal in the community and left back a remark that there is not any other happiness than helping others.
Nowadays, physical, mental and spiritual health and fitness is a key for longevity and for grounding ones knowledge and ability to attain well-being in life.

Mam Catherene is a very strong person who used to be a sportsperson in early ages. She got overweight unintentionally as she grown up and mature. She has been struggling with it and wants to lose weight, tone up and get conditioned with overall strengthening of whole body. I planned for her a high rep low weight or resistance full body strength training emphasizing anaerobic training and supersets. I also provided her nutritional guidance. She used to perform a very high rep endurance training which seemed very suited for her need. She seems toned and conditioned now after finishing 10 sessions with me. Mr. Harvey is 87 years old, 5’11”, 192 lbs. retired Navy Captain. He is really a gentleman. A very kind and cheerful person. Listens to me very well. Is very diligent and serious about his health and wellness.
Goal: Gaining legs muscles and core muscles for proper gait management with overall strengthening of the body.
I am giving customized and optimized personal training sessions to him with regards to his medical history: Atrial fibrillation, occasional orthostatic hypotension, right hand rotator cuff tear, right hand partial bicep tendon tear, prostate cancer, cervical spine fusion, osteoarthritis, sarcopenia, traumatic ruptured lumbar disk, etc. He has gait limitations and has fallen several times. He is not comfortable for squatting much and uses walking stretcher for walking. He feels dizzy sometimes during intense session.
Within one month of time as far as I can measure he has met almost forty percent of his milestone.
He is pretty happy and his attitude seems so strong that he wants to pursue his normal life as soon as possible.
