EXCOVE

The Expense Tab provides "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly" and "Yearly" TabViews to view the expense records on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis respectively. Tapping the bottom right corner "+" button opens up a menu of "Expense Categories" and "Add New Expense". The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed.

The Income Tab provides "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly" and "Yearly" TabViews to view the income records on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis respectively. The Term Deposit Tab under Investment tab displays the deposits made year wise. Tapping the bottom right corner "+" brings up the new Term Depsoit editor to add a new Term Deposit transaction. The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed.

The Provident Fund Tab under Investment tab displays the deposits made year wise. Tapping the bottom right corner "+" brings up the new Provident Fund Depsoit editor to add a new transaction. The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed.

The Mutual Fund Tab under Investment tab displays the mutual fund transactions for the last transacted month and year. Tapping the bottom right corner "+" opens up a menu displaying "My Mutual Funds" and "New Fund Transaction". "My Mutual Funds displays all the mutual funds a user has subscribed to giving the option to edit, add or delete a fund. The "New Fund Transaction" opens up the editor to record a new Mutual Fund deposit in an existing fund. The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed.

The Loan Tab under Bills tab displays last loan transaction. The bottom right "+" button brings up a menu with two options - "My Loans" and "New Loan Transaction." The "My Loans" option displays the list of loans subscribed to by the user, giving the user options to edit, add or delete the loans. The "New Loan Transaction" brings up the editor to add a new Loan payment to an existing loan already subscribed to by the user. The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed.

The Insurance Tab under Bills tab displays the last recorded Insurance Premium payment. The bottom right "+" button brings up a menu with two options - "My Policies" and "New Premium Payment." The "My Policies" option displays the list of Insurance policies subscribed to by the user, giving the user options to edit, add or delete the policies. The "New Premium Payment" option brings up the editor to add a new Premium payment to a policy already subscribed to by the user. The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed.

The Credit Card Tab under Bills tab displays the last recorded Credit repayment. The bottom right "+" button brings up a menu with two options - "My Credit Cards" and "New Credit Transaction." The "My Credit Cards" option displays the list of Credit Cards subscribed to by the user, giving the user options to edit, add or delete the cards. The "New Credit Transaction" option brings up the editor to add a new Credit repayment on a particular card already subscribed to by the user. The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed.

The Taxes Tab under Bills tab displays the most recent tax payment made by the user. The bottom right "+" button brings up a menu with two options - "New Tax Transaction" and "Tax Categories." The "Tax Categories" option displays the list of tax categories under which the user wishes to pay tax. The "New Tax Transaction" option brings up the editor to add a new tax payment for  particular financial year. The bottom left corner button gives options to sort the records displayed according to the Tax category, amount of tax paid and the financial years.

The Settings view can be activated by tapping the "gear" button at the top right corner of the "Home" screen of EXCOVE. 

The "Dark Mode" toggles between "Dark" and "Light" display options irrespective of the iOS system settings. 

The "Categories" link displays the Categories for Expense, Income, Loan, Insurance and Tax. 

The "Currency Symbol" option allows the user to select the local currency of transaction. 

The "Alarm Settings" toggle allows the user to set an alarm time to notify the user to update the user's financial records by displaying a notification on the user's home screen. 

The "iCloud Sync" toggle allows the user to upload the records from the user's local device to the iCloud servers. This option allows the user to recover the data in the event of the user losing the local device. However the user can switch off iCloud Sync, but will require to restart EXCOVE for the changes to take effect. Keeping the iCloud Sync ON allows the user to acccess and update the data from more than one device.

The "Delete Data" option allows the user to delete all the Categories and Data stored on the local device and iCloud Servers (if iCloud Sync is enabled). Deleting the Categories will lead to automatic deletion of all data stored under those categories. The user can however keep the categories and delete all the data.

The "Send Feedback" option will open up the Mail application on iOS to send the user's valuable feedback and complaints about EXCOVE to the developer for immediate redressal.

The "Data & Privacy" option will display the Data and Privacy policies followed by the developer. All the data entered by the user will be contained in the local device and the iCloud account of the user only. No data is used by the developer or shared with any other entity for advertising purpose. EXCOVE is free and the user has full control of the data both on the device and the iCloud.
