Hi, I’m Nico Kershaw — founder of Exclusive Male Models by NicoG.

I’ve been in the performing arts and fashion industry for many years, and about two years ago, I noticed something that couldn’t be ignored: a real gap in the market for male model coaching. So, I set out to change that.

That’s when Exclusive Male Models by NicoG was born — a space dedicated to helping young men (ages 16 to 50) who see themselves as models, even if they’ve never stepped in front of a camera before. I created this company to give those men a real chance at building a successful modeling career.

In our weekly classes, I coach my models on everything from:

• Foot techniques and posture

• Posing and working the camera

• Personal branding and social media awareness

• Portfolio building and professional photography

• Etiquette and professionalism as a male model

Right now, I’m in the process of relaunching and upgrading our curriculum — making sure every single class adds real value and helps each student grow not just as a model, but as a brand and a professional.
