This app doesn't in any way collect any information on the user.

The reason the app requests to read the phone state is to determine which sim card to exchange your money with e.g. if you are using Zaad to exchange money, then the app has to find out which sim slot contains Telesom so that it doesn't accidentally use Somtel instead.
