This year the Africa Institute of Information Technology awards scholarships to deserving persons. this year, the scholarship is worth 45,000,000 FCFA. Each scholarship has its own set of regulations or requirements, so you need to read the instructions carefully. You will also need to make sure your course of study is covered by the intention of the scholarship.

Are you a professional, student or person who is interested in gaining a professional skill and earn an international certification in the following domains, Information Security management Systems (Compliance to ISO/IEC 27001) Lead auditor, ISMS Lead implementer ISO/IEC 27001, Computer programming (Desktop, web and mobile development), Microsoft office Excel (Power Query) and computerized accounting, this is an opportunity for you.
The scholarship is merit based , and persons who are interested in benefiting from the program will need to undergo a written examination. The scoring criteria for benefiting from the award is as follows;
Score Scholarship coverage
80 – 100 100% (Full scholarship)
60-79 60% (Partial scholarship)
50-55 50% (Partial Scholarship)
The exams will be conducted onsite in the office of the Africa Institute of Information technology in Bamenda, and also online for persons who are not in Bamenda. Once selected for the scholarship, all professionals (awardees) shall go through an intensive 6 months training with professionals in the field.
The scholarship does not cover exam fees for international certifications, as participants will pay the fee for their exams upon completion. Participants shall also be awarded attestation of completion for the completion of the program.
Eligibility for Full Scholarship.
Be a Cameroonian.
An exceptional student, the grading here is based on past academic records and your performance in your exams.
Eligibility for Partial Scholarship

Be a holder of at least an advanced level certificate in case you desire to go in for the Certified lead auditor in ISMS and the computerized accounting Program.
Be a Cameroonian by nationality.

A cover letter indicating what program you desire to study and your proposed future study and career plans, any relevant work experience, your achievements and interests, your financial circumstances, how the scholarship or award could assist you, your communication skills (verbal and written).
Complete the ESA 2023 Scholarship form this is mailed to you, and you shall complete and resubmit the information to esa2023@afriisoft.com
Photocopies of your previous academic performances (scanned copies for persons who are online)

Are you a lady who desires to build a career in technology, this is the opportunity you need to build yourself to the next level , the women in tech scholarship 2023 sponsored by AFRIITECH is the opportunity to get you moving to the next level. This is a new award launched under the ESA 2023 awards. However it focuses on the female gender.
The women in tech awards 2023 covers three main domains, Information security management (ISMS) Lead auditor, computer programming and Artificial intelligence.
Persons who are interested in these programs are expected to meet the following criteria’s
Be a female
Be an African citizen
Have a began doing some work in technology (any past experience is good)
Complete the mandatory documentations for the scholarship awards.

The women in tech awards for 2023, aims at identifying women who are strong and hardworking, able to achieve international certifications and build outstanding solutions in different domains that will strengthen the women in tech community in Cameroon. Successful persons who achieve here shall be expected to handle the following;
Get access to studying one of the identified programs under this category
Candidates shall be expected to maintain a high grade point within the course of their studies to be able to continue under the scholarship, failure to attain a grade point shall eliminate the persons from the scholarship canopy. Grading shall not be based on academic performance but on ability to build IT solutions for the African market.
Successful candidates under this program are going to begin their classes in the month of April 2023. Only successful candidates shall be communicated.
The best candidates shall be retained as engineers should they decide and are willing to work with the company.
