Exam Tantra ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application developed and operated by an Individual Developer based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Exam Tantra application (the "App").

Exam Tantra is built with a privacy-first architecture. The App is designed to be used without any user registration, login, or account creation. We do not maintain backend servers and we do not store your personal data.

1. Information Collection

Exam Tantra does not require a login. We do not collect, request, or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. You can access all features of the App anonymously.

1.2 Usage & Technical Information

Exam Tantra uses Firebase (by Google) exclusively for essential app diagnostics and stability monitoring. This helps us ensure the app works correctly across different devices.

Firebase may automatically collect:

• Crash reports: To identify and fix bugs.

• Performance metrics: To monitor app speed and responsiveness.

• Device-level technical information: Such as OS version, device model, and app version.

👉 Note: This data is anonymized and aggregated. It cannot be used to identify you personally. We do not store any user-specific data in Firebase databases.

2. Data Storage

• No Backend Servers: Exam Tantra does not maintain any remote servers to store user data.

• Local Storage: Any app preferences or study progress are stored locally on your device only. If you uninstall the App, this local data will be deleted.

• No Personal Data: Since no login is required, no personal identity data is stored by us or any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

Exam Tantra relies on the following third-party services to function reliably:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Used for crash reporting and performance monitoring.

• Gemini API / AI Services: Used to provide educational responses. No personal data is sent to these services as the app is anonymous.

These services operate under their respective privacy policies and industry-standard security practices.

4. Advertisements

Exam Tantra does not display advertisements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties. We do not have access to your personal identity, so there is no data to share.

6. Children’s Privacy

Exam Tantra is intended for students and learners. Because we do not require a login or collect personal information, the app is inherently safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

7. User Rights

Since we do not collect personal information or maintain accounts:

• You have the right to stop using the App at any time.

• To "delete" your data, simply clear the App's cache/data in your device settings or uninstall the App.

• You do not need to contact us to delete an account, as no accounts exist.

8. Security

We rely on the security infrastructure provided by the Android operating system and Google’s professional diagnostic tools (Firebase) to ensure a secure environment for the App.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the app's features or legal requirements. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
