Account Deletion Request
Exam Realm users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data directly from the application. Steps to request account deletion: 1. Open the Exam Realm app. 2. Go to Profile. 3. Select “Delete account”. 4. Review the deletion information and tap “Continue”. 5. A pre-filled email will open addressed to examrealm.app@gmail.com. 6. Send the email to submit the deletion request. After verifying the request, we will permanently delete: • Account and profile information • Exam history and results • Learning progress • Leaderboard records • AI Tutor chat history • Other personal data associated with the account Account deletion requests are normally completed within 7 working days. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
