This Privacy Policy explains how Exact Resize: Batch Photos accesses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use the application.
Exact Resize: Batch Photos is an Android application designed for batch image resizing, cropping, and exporting.
The app allows users to select individual images or folders, specify target dimensions, choose a resize mode, select an output format and quality, and process large batches of photos.
Exact Resize accesses only the photos, files, and folders that you explicitly select through Android's system file picker, photo picker, or folder picker.
Selected files are used only to perform actions requested by you, including:
resizing images;
preserving image proportions;
resizing images to exact pixel dimensions;
center cropping images;
exporting images as JPEG, PNG, or WebP;
saving processed images to a destination selected by you.
Image processing is performed locally on your device.
Exact Resize does not intentionally upload your selected photos or processed images to developer-operated servers.
Your photos are not used by the developer for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
Exact Resize may continue processing selected images in the background after you start a batch operation.
Android's foreground service functionality may be used so that large image batches can continue processing when the app is minimized or the screen is turned off.
The foreground service is started only after you explicitly start an image-processing operation.
Background processing is used solely to complete the image resizing, cropping, and export operation requested by you.
The app does not automatically start image processing after a device restart and does not start new batch operations without user action.
Exact Resize may request permission to display notifications.
Notifications are used to show information about an active image-processing operation, such as:
processing progress;
number of processed images;
total number of images;
current file name;
completion status;
processing errors;
a control to cancel the active operation.
Notification permission is not required to use the core image-processing functionality.
If you deny notification permission, image processing may continue while progress remains available inside the application.
Exact Resize does not use notification permission to collect personal information.
To safely handle long-running batch operations, Exact Resize may temporarily store limited processing information locally on your device.
This may include:
references to files selected for the current batch;
current processing position;
number of completed files;
number of failed files;
processing status;
output information;
settings required to identify an interrupted operation.
This information is used only to maintain processing state, show results, or identify that a batch was interrupted.
It is not uploaded to developer-operated servers.
Temporary processing state may be removed or replaced when a batch is completed, cancelled, or a new operation is started.
Exact Resize uses Android's system storage access mechanisms to access files selected by you.
Where supported by Android, the app may retain permission to access selected files or folders for the duration necessary to complete a long-running batch operation.
The app does not request unrestricted access to all files solely for its core image-processing functionality.
You remain in control of the files and folders that you select.
Exact Resize does not require users to create an account.
The developer does not intentionally request or store information such as:
your name;
home address;
phone number;
contacts;
precise GPS location;
passwords;
personal messages;
copies of your selected photographs on developer-operated servers.
However, third-party services integrated into the app may automatically process certain technical, advertising, or transaction-related information as described below.
Exact Resize uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information including:
IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device;
user interactions with the app and advertisements, including app launches, taps, and video views;
diagnostic and performance information, including app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage;
device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other applicable identifiers.
Google may process this information for purposes including:
advertising;
analytics;
fraud prevention;
security;
measuring advertising performance.
Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
The availability and use of advertising identifiers may depend on Android settings, user choices, applicable law, consent settings, and Google advertising configuration.
Google AdMob may use device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID or App Set ID.
Android provides controls that allow users to manage or delete applicable advertising identifiers and advertising preferences.
Exact Resize does not store your Advertising ID on developer-operated servers.
The developer does not sell your photos, files, or personal information.
Selected or processed images are not intentionally shared with advertisers by Exact Resize.
Technical and advertising-related data may be collected and shared by Google through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK as described above.
Exact Resize may offer an optional Pro version through a one-time in-app purchase.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
Google may process transaction, account, device, and payment-related information required to complete and manage purchases.
The developer does not directly receive or store your complete payment card details.
Purchase entitlement information may be used by the app to determine whether Pro features are available.
Original and processed images remain under your control on your device or in storage locations selected by you.
Processed images are saved to the destination you choose.
You can delete original or processed images at any time using Android or another file-management application.
Exact Resize does not maintain an online user account or developer-operated cloud storage containing copies of your images.
Local processing state is retained only as necessary to manage active, completed, cancelled, failed, or interrupted batch operations.
Advertising-related information collected by Google is retained according to Google's own policies and data-retention practices.
Exact Resize is designed so that its core photo-processing functionality operates locally on your device.
The developer does not intentionally transmit selected photographs to developer-operated servers.
Google Mobile Ads SDK data is handled using Google's security mechanisms, including encryption in transit.
No electronic transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
You control which photos and folders Exact Resize can access by selecting them through Android.
You may:
cancel an active processing operation;
deny notification permission;
manage app permissions through Android settings;

delete processed files from your device;
uninstall Exact Resize at any time.
Exact Resize is a general-purpose image utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
The application does not require user accounts and does not intentionally request personal information from children.
Third-party services used by the app may process technical information according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.
Exact Resize may use services provided by Google, including:
Google AdMob;
Google Mobile Ads SDK;
