In accordance with the rules, completed cards may be entered to win the EWHE Sustainable Living Giveaway drawing held on Sunday at 3:00 P.M. during the Pie Social. Rules for the EWHE Sustainable Living Giveaway
Eligibility: Due to the value and types of prizes being offered, only individuals 18 years of age or older may participate in the Sustainable Living Giveaway. Each paid Expo admission ticket includes one bingo card; and only those who meet the age requirement may play their own bingo card for the Giveaway.
Priority: You do not need to be present to win; however, priority of prize selection will be given to those present at Sunday’s drawing. You must include your name and phone number on the card so we can contact you if your card is drawn.
Submissions: By submitting your bingo card, you attest that you personally obtained all stamps on the card and meet eligibility requirements. Use of surrogates or third parties to obtain stamps is not permitted. Cards must be received at the Expo Information Booth in the Agri-Plex by 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 25th.
Drawing: Submitted bingo cards will be drawn at random at the Pie Social on Sunday April 26th at 3 PM, to establish the sequence of winners. The number of cards drawn will equal the number of available prizes. Those present at the drawing will have first choice of prizes and will select in the order their card is drawn (choosing any remaining prize available at the time of their turn). For those not present, after all present winners have selected their prizes, the remaining prizes will be randomly assigned to the absent winners according to the order in which their cards were drawn. Each absent winner (in draw order) will receive one prize randomly selected from the prizes still available.
Prize Claim Period: All winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the drawing date. We will make reasonable efforts to contact winners using the phone number provided on their card. If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, the winner forfeits the prize and it will be retained by the EWHE for future use.
Record Retention: Submitted bingo cards and related raffle records will be retained in accordance with Washington State Gambling Commission requirements for one year.
