The Last Zoraxian

Written By Isaac Travers

EXT. WESTGROVE AVENUE - DAY

[The TARDIS materializes in the middle of the road on Westgrove Avenue. The Doctor, Krieg, and Skyler step out cautiously, peering around the familiar console room.]

DOCTOR

(cheerfully)

Ah yes, back on Earth at last! It sure is nice to return home, isn't it?

KRIEG

I don't feel like coming back. Seriously, it just makes me feel like we did all the fun trips for nothing

SKYLER

Well, I think it's rather nice to visit the present-day.

KRIEG

Yo Doctor, you somehow managed to get me back to where I live. Surprisingly, my house isn't too far away from here.

[The doctor starts to sniff the atmosphere and starts to taste the feel of the planet.]

DOCTOR

From what I can sense, It appears that we are in 2022, And the exact just 3 days after we first met.

KRIEG

(skeptical)

I'm not so sure, Doctor. Something feels... off.

SKYLER

(nervously)

Kreig's right, Doctor. Where on earth is everyone?

[The Doctor furrows his brow, sensing the tension in the air.]

DOCTOR

(serious)

That is odd. Earth is usually teeming with life.

[They exchange concerned glances before the Doctor strides purposefully toward the door.]

DOCTOR

(CONT'D)

The only way to find out is if we try to split up. I'll probably try to search throughout the area to see if anything is up, You two better find shelter as best as you can.

KRIEG

Well, we can obviously get to my old place

DOCTOR

Excellent you better get going you too, I'll see you in a bit

The doctor starts walking as he leaves both Skyler and Kreig behind

SKYLER

(glancing around)

This isn't right. Where is everyone? It's like the people all just disappeared like that.

KREIG

Don't worry, Skyler, I'll get you something to eat at my place. You'll feel perfectly safe, I promise.

[Both Kreig and Skylar start to make their way to Kreig's house. As they walk, a mysterious alien of the Zoraxian species called Kor watches them on a screen Monitoring their every move.]

KOR

Doctor, they speak of a doctor. If it is he that they speak of, then the traveler is to pay for his crimes against the Zoraxians Even if we have to destroy this world.

INT. KRIEG'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - DAY

[Krieg and Skyler cautiously enter Krieg's dimly lit house, the air heavy with dust and neglect. The curtains are drawn, casting eerie shadows across the room.]

SKYLER

(whispering)

Well, this place has seen better days.

KRIEG

Yeah, it has been, especially since I've been with the doctor for so long. I haven't had time to clean up the place.

[They navigate through the cluttered room, stepping over discarded newspapers and forgotten belongings. Krieg's jaw clenches as he takes in the sight of the neglected space.]

KRIEG

(CONT'D)

Let's split up, and see if we can find anything useful.

[Skyler nods, her gaze sweeping over the room before she heads toward a pile of unopened letters and bills near the door.]

SKYLER

(sifting through the papers)

Looks like someone hasn't been keeping up with their mail.

[Krieg joins her, his expression somber as he scans the documents.]

KRIEG

(tensely)

Just leave them. They're not important.

[Skyler hesitates, sensing Krieg's unease, but compiles, setting the papers aside. As they continue to explore the house, Skyler's eyes fall upon a framed photograph sitting on a dusty shelf. She reached for it, curiosity piqued.]

SKYLER

(softly)

Hey, Krieg, is this...?

[Krieg turns to see Skyler holding the photograph—a picture of Krieg with his family, smiling brightly at the camera. His expression darkens, and he strides over to her, snatching the photograph from her grasp.]

KRIEG

(sternly)

Put that down. It's none of your business.

[Skyler recoils, taken aback by Krieg's sudden hostility. She lowers her gaze, sensing that she has touched a nerve.]

SKYLER

(apologetically)

I'm sorry, Krieg. I didn't mean to pry.

[Krieg's features soften slightly as he sighs, the weight of his past evident in his weary eyes.]

KRIEG

(quietly)

It's fine. Just... let's focus on finding out what's going on here.

[With a nod, they resume their search, the photograph now a silent reminder of the secrets hidden within Krieg's troubled past. Suddenly the two hear a noise that sounds similar to a whale calling.]

SKYLER

Kreig, do you hear that?

KRIEG

I did, sounds suspicious if you asked me.

SKYLER

I think it's coming from outside, why don't we have a look to see what it is.

KRIEG

I'm not sure, but whatever suits you.

[Krieg and Skyler leave the Kitchen and cautiously step into the overgrown garden, their eyes scanning the surroundings for any signs of life. Suddenly, they freeze as they catch sight of a strange creature in the distance.]

SKYLER

(whispering)

Krieg, look over there.

[Krieg follows Skyler's gaze and spots the creature—a Gorgan—lumbering peacefully in the garden. Its futuristic-shaped body gleams with a dark bluish-gray hue, illuminated by its glowing orange eyes. It moves with an almost hypnotic wobble, its blackish-gray claws gently grazing the grass.]

KRIEG

(astonished)

What in the universe...?

SKYLER

(fascinated)

It's beautiful.

[Krieg eyes the creature warily, but it's peaceful demeanor puts him slightly at ease.]

KRIEG

(cautiously)

Don't go any closer to it, We don't want to startle the poor thing.

[They inch closer to the Gorgan, their movements cautious and deliberate. The creature continues to graze on the grass, seemingly unaware of their presence.]

SKYLER

(softly)

Do you think it's dangerous?

KRIEG

(uncertain)

It's hard to say. But for now, it doesn't seem to be interesting to us.

[As they draw nearer, the Gorgan lifts its head, its orange eyes locking onto theirs. Krieg and Skyler hold their breath, unsure of what to expect. To their surprise, the Gorgan emits a soft, melodic hum, its wobbling movements taking on a rhythmic sway. It seems to be communicating in its mysterious way.]

KRIEG

(astonished)

It's... singing?

SKYLER

(amazed)

I think so. It's like nothing I've ever seen.

[Despite their initial apprehension, Krieg and Skyler find themselves mesmerized by the Gorgan's peaceful presence. For now, at least, they are content to observe the enigmatic creature feeling right at home in its Surroundings.]

EXT. FIELD - DAY

[Meanwhile, The Doctor walks through a vast field, his curiosity piqued by the presence of the Gorgans. In the distance, he spots a herd of them grazing peacefully, their graceful movements captivating him.]

DOCTOR

(fascinated)

Incredible... a Herd of Gorgans. What a fantastic species Rarely being seen nowadays, even in the far reaches of the galaxy. How many can you lot be here?

[Suddenly, a piercing SIREN blares, shattering the tranquility of the moment. The Doctor's eyes widen in alarm as he scans the horizon, searching for the source of the disturbance.]

DOCTOR

(CONT'D)

What's going on?

[Without warning, the Gorgans in the distance raise their heads, their senses alert to the imminent danger. They spot the Doctor and, with a thunderous roar, begin charging toward him in a stampede.]

DOCTOR

(CONT'D)

Oh dear. The hurts are coming a lot closer. we’ll look like it's Time to go!

[The Doctor turns on his heels and breaks into a sprint, the thundering hooves of the Gorgans echoing behind him as they close in. Meanwhile, back at Krieg's house, both Skyler and Kreig start to hear the air raid siren that seems to cause the Gorgons to snap.]

SKYLER

(frightened)

Kreig, can you hear that? That's the same sound they used back on Wolfville.

KRIEG

I don't think that it means that there are wolves here. look, the Gorgan seems to be acting funny.

[The Gorgan that had been peacefully grazing suddenly goes berserk. It thrashes about wildly, its powerful limbs smashing through walls and furniture with terrifying force.]

SKYLER

(frightened)

Krieg, we need to get out of here!

KRIEG

(grimly)

We’re not leaving until we find out what's causing this.

[Craig starts to shout back at the creature.]

KRIEG

(shouts)

Hey, you come back, There's no need to be frightened.

[Despite Skyler's protests, Krieg charges toward the rampaging Gorgan, determination etched on his face.]

SKYLER

No, don't go after it you're gonna get yourself killed, Oh, forget it!

EXT. ABOVE EARTH - DAY

[High above Earth, a sleek alien spaceship hovers ominously in the sky. A beam of light extends from the ship, engulfing Krieg's house and lifting it into the air.]

SKYLER

(struggling)

Krieg, what's happening?

KRIEG

(gritting his teeth)

Looks like We're being abducted!

SKYLER

(Frustrated)

Well, that's great if one alien species wasn't enough.

KRIEG

Inside the spacecraft we’ll find out what's going on after all.

[Before they can react, Krieg and Skyler are engulfed by the light, their surroundings disappearing as they are whisked away aboard the alien vessel.]

INT. Westgrove Tunnels - DAY

[The Doctor walks briskly through the streets of Westgrove, taking in the sights and sounds of the bustling town.]

DOCTOR

Well, that was rather a quick dilemma, I think by now the herd would have moved on.

[Suddenly, he notices a UNIT SOLDIER, Sergeant PATRICK MATTHEWS, patrolling the area. O'Connell turns to face the Doctor, his expression wary yet attentive.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Halt! Who goes there?

DOCTOR

Er, Just Someone curious about what's happening to pass by.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Be on your way. This area is protected by UNIT.

DOCTOR

UNIT? What are you guys here? Look, my friends and I have only been here for a few minutes and we have seen very few people on the street and Large four-legged aliens that act like cattle. I almost felt that the tardis Hasn't taken us to earth at all

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

wait a minute... it's you! Your the Doctor

DOCTOR

(somewhat relieved)

Good heavens! Finally, I was hoping that someone like you would show up at a time like this, What’s your name sir

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Sergeant Patrick Matthews reporting for duty sir, It is an absolute pleasure working for you doctor.

DOCTOR

It;s all right, there's no need to be super formal about it

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

All good Doctor.

DOCTOR

(smiling)

Now Tell me how come you're the only unit soldier here in the town at the moment.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(somewhat relieved)

Well, several soldiers have been keeping an eye on this area due to recent... unusual occurrences.

DOCTOR

(eyes lighting up with curiosity)

Unusual occurrences? Tell me more.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(leaning in, lowering his voice)

You see, there have been Strange energy readings, disappearances in fact. and then these large creatures appeared roaming around the streets, whenever That siren goes off. They start acting mad or something.

The Doctor's interest is piqued as he listens intently.

DOCTOR

(fascinated)

Fascinating! I'd love to lend a hand if you'll have me.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(nodding appreciatively)

We could use all the help we can get. Follow me, Doctor.

[They start walking together, the Doctor matching Matthew's brisk pace.]

DOCTOR

So, Sergeant, tell me about yourself. How long have you been with UNIT?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(chuckling)

Feels like a lifetime, Doctor. Been a member for about five years now. Seen my fair share of alien invasions and whatnot.

DOCTOR

(laughing)

Ah, a seasoned veteran! I'm sure you've got quite a few stories to tell.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(grinning)

You could say that. But enough about me. What about you, Doctor? What brings you to Westgrove?

DOCTOR

(softly)

Oh, you know... just passing through, I felt like I needed to return here after a few years, plus I needed to give my friends a rest from all the monsters and enemies we constantly face.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

You happen to notice that there’s no sign of people out on the streets

DOCTOR

Unfortunately, yes somehow since I showed up, This place has been nothing but a ghost town

[The Doctor's smile fades slightly as he gazes into the distance, he notices the shadow of a Gorgan Coming closer to the tunnel.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

O great, We got a live one coming in

DOCTOR

Whatever you do, Matthews, don't shoot it

[The Gorgan comes closer to The Doctor and Matthews, Due to the effects of the siren, it starts acting stressed, swinging its head around, and breaking through walls.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

You said the thing is harmless, it's trying to kill us.

DOCTOR

There's no need to, the poor thing’s Terrified!

DOCTOR

No Don’t!

[Sergeant Matthews starts loading up his machine gun and fires at the Gorgon multiple times, The Poor creature screams in agony as it is slain and collapses to the Ground. He runs up to the creature, trying to protect it.]

DOCTOR

How could you be so heartless?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

What else was I to do? If I didn't kill that thing, any sooner, we would've squashed the pieces.

DOCTOR

I only wanted to find out what it was doing here. I didn't want to kill it, Just look at it. a poor creature taken from its world thousands of miles away, Only for it to be butchered and slaughtered, and then put on a shelf on a hunting trophy.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Well, what we figured out now is that these Gorgans now roam the earth and have taken over.

DOCTOR

I don’t think These things are invaders, they are more so the livestock that was sent here

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

And if that's the case, we might be dealing with something much more powerful than we could imagine.

DOCTOR

You're right there Matthews, It Must be some sort of species wanting to protect it. Whoever they are, I'd be rather interested to talk to them.

[Both the two men are whisked away aboard the spaceship where they find themselves in the corridors of the spacecraft.]

DOCTOR

Matthew, are you okay?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Not really Doctor, I feel like I'm gonna be sick.

DOCTOR

Luckily I have the sort of thing that can fix you up.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Doctor, I do understand why you have that name but are you actually a proper doctor?

DOCTOR

Well, I'm a doctor of many things but this here will fix you up, best drink it.

[The Doctor gives Matthews a glass capsule, containing a light blue liquid inside, Matthews starts to drink it which helps him feel a lot better.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Mmmh It's actually quite nice. What is it exactly?

DOCTOR

The capsule that you drink there contained A liquid formula that I've been working on in the tardis. Sometimes When most human beings get picked up by teleports, they start having a weird funny feeling in their stomach. And so I thought why can't there be a capsule where you can get an easy drink so that you don't feel all that bad while you come out of the teleportation sequence.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Surprisingly, it actually tastes really good for some reason

DOCTOR

That's because I may have mixed it with lime cordial and two teaspoons of Lemonade

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Now that's a strange combination, I never hear anyone say

DOCTOR

Well of all that said, I think I know what type of spaceship we're on, this is a Livestock carrier run by the Zoraxians

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

The Zoraxians?

DOCTOR

That's easy to explain, You see The Zoraxians Aren't actually invaders. There more so like settlers or farmers, They are also interested in sorting out crops and hope to take care of the gorgons.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

So the gorgons are a lot like their version of cows.

DOCTOR

Exactly that, they use the Gorgan for almost everything from milk and even their meat, Highly recommend you don't eat the meat of a Gorgan, Your Human stomach wouldn't handle it or that well

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Well, then, why would the Zoraxians want to take over this planet?

DOCTOR

Probably because there's enough land out there for them to have the Gorgans to roam around. You know, I think it's rather better that we actually speak to them in person. There we may know what is actually going on around here

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Well whatever suits you, doctor

[The Doctor and Matthews Start Running around through the corridors of the spaceship, hoping to reach closer to where Kor is awaiting them.]

INT. SPACESHIP - HOLDING CELL - CONTINUOUS

[Meanwhile, in the holding cells, Skyler is starting to wake up from her sleep. For the last hour, she has no recollection of how she got onto the ship, Kreig, on the other hand, is pacing through his cell, trying to think of a way out.]

SKYLER

(Waking up)

Hey, Kreig, where are we? The last thing I saw was a bright light and then I just woke up here?

KRIEG

I don't think you remembered, well we got transported onto a spaceship that's above earth and found myself here in the holding cell, you were unconscious for a short while.

SKYLER

Well why didn't you wake me earlier?

KRIEG

I thought you needed some rest after, Well, there's nothing we can do now. We basically just trapped in a prison cell with nothing.

[Krieg sits alone, deep in thought, his expression troubled. SKYLER approaches, noticing his unease.]

SKYLER

(softly)

Krieg, are you alright?

[Krieg looks up, startled, before forcing a small smile.]

KRIEG

Yeah, I'm fine. Just... thinking, you know? Seriously, it was a terrible decision for the doctor to bring us back here. After everything that we've been through, he decides to bring me back to the worst place possible

SKYLER

(earnestly)

You can talk to me, you know I'm here if you need someone to listen.

[Krieg hesitates for a moment, then nods, his guard lowering.]

KRIEG

(somberly)

Well if you are so keen to know, I never really had a normal childhood, Skyler. My dad left when I was just eight. I remember waiting by the window every day and night, hoping he'd come back, but he never did.

SKYLER

(sympathetic)

I'm so sorry, Krieg. That must have been really tough.

KRIEG

(bitterly)

And believe me it didn't get any easier. My mum... she was diagnosed with Parkinson's when I was twelve. I couldn't stand watching her deteriorate, knowing there was nothing I could do to help... It was like losing her piece by piece.

SKYLER

(gently)

I can't even imagine how hard that must have been for you.

[Krieg nods, his eyes clouded with pain.]

KRIEG

And then there was work. Dealing with the stress, the pressure... it all became too much. I started struggling with my mental health, spiraling into a dark place I couldn't escape from.

SKYLER

(concerned)

What did you do?

KRIEG

I tried to carry on, pretending like everything was okay. But deep down, I knew I needed help. That's when I found the Doctor on my way to work on that fateful day. Once he walked into my life, he showed me that I could be brave, to put behind the burdens of the past, and help others when they're struggling.

SKYLER

(supportive)

I'm glad the doctor helped you through it. You did the same thing for me when I lost Nida. You're a brave person, Kreig. You're caring and not gonna lie. You are pretty hilarious in certain situations.

KRIEG

(nodding)

Yeah. I'm really thankful I've been sticking around the Tardis and keeping an The Doctor, He’s saved me in more ways than one.

[They sit in silence for a moment, the weight of Krieg's words hanging in the air.]

SKYLER

(sincerely)

Thank you for sharing that with me, Krieg. I'm here for you, always.

[Krieg manages a small smile, grateful for Skyler's understanding.]

KRIEG

Thanks, Skyler. That means a lot.

[They share a comforting embrace before returning.]

INT. ALIEN SPACESHIP - BRIDGE - DAY

[The Doctor and Sergeant Matthews materialize on the bridge of the alien spaceship, their surroundings bathed in an otherworldly glow.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Well, I never thought I'd end up being in inside a spaceship

DOCTOR

You are on the right track after all, presumably we’re getting closer than we expected

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

But wouldn't whoever is doing this be standing right in front of us, giving us the full details of the plan

DOCTOR

I think they already know by now, Obviously trying to stay in character for dramatic effect.

[The doctor starts pressing a number of buttons around the spaceship, trying to check if each of them would work. Suddenly, a voice is heard from the ship on the speakers.]

KOR

(On the Speakers)

Attention humanoid stowaways, You have trespassed onto the freighter of The Zoraxions, You are to come forward in my Presents in the main hanging bay or you will face You're inevitable demise

DOCTOR

At last, the leader finally decides to greet us, At least he was subtle about it. Will come to you, if only you give us information on where Kreig and Skyler are

KOR

(On the Speakers)

Your companions are safe in the holding cells, for now.

DOCTOR

Well it looks like I'm on my own with this one.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Should I go along with you for protection?

DOCTOR

I don't worry I'll be perfectly fine, however I’ll need you to go to the holding cells and try and get Kreig and Skyler out.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Well, how will I know if I've reached the holding cells?

DOCTOR

Well just follow the path until you see a sign saying, holding cell it's pretty obvious,

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Very Well doctor, you just don't get yourself killed. If I find anything suspicious I'll contact you using my walkie-talkie.

DOCTOR

Thank you very much.

[Both men go their Separate ways through the ship, the Doctor finds himself inside the main control room of the Zoraxian ship. Before Him stands KOR, the Last of the Zoraxians, his eyes ablaze with fury and resentment.]

DOCTOR

Well, here we are, Reunited at last. It took me a while to figure out what was going on. I think it was the Gorgans that slightly gave it away for me.

KOR

(growling)

You! I remember you, Doctor. You were there when my world was destroyed all those years ago.

[The Doctor meets Kor's gaze, his expression solemn with regret.]

DOCTOR

(softly)

Yes, I was there, You know what happened, I fought in the darkest hours of the eternity war, It wasn't my fault.

KOR

You Let my species die and suffer from the horrors of the flux

DOCTOR

There was nothing I could have done, I couldn't save your people, I couldn't save anyone.

[Kor's anger falters slightly, replaced by a haunted look of sorrow.]

KOR

(bitterly)

I was forced to flee to the outskirts of the universe, to escape the devastation. The Gorgans were all that remained of our once-great civilization.

[The Doctor approaches Kor, his voice tinged with empathy.]

DOCTOR

I'm truly sorry for what happened Kor, But I assure you, I did everything I could.

[Kor regards the Doctor with a mix of skepticism and begrudging acceptance.]

KOR

(hesitant)

Perhaps... but the damage was done. My people were Slaughtered, my home Destroyed in the Devastation, yet my ship survived.

DOCTOR

And here you are, the Last of the Zoraxians. A simple and peaceful race known for their fantastic agriculture, forced to flee from The horrors of the greatest catastrophe in the universe.

[Kor nods in acknowledgment, his gaze lingering on the Doctor with a newfound sense of understanding.]

KOR

(quietly)

I see. And what brings you here, Doctor?

[The Doctor's eyes flicker with determination as he addresses Kor.]

DOCTOR

Maybe I can help you find a new planet for you, where the Gorgans can have fields to roam around.

[Kor nods, a flicker of gratitude crossing his features.]

KOR

Then perhaps we can work together.

INT. ALIEN SPACESHIP - HOLDING CELLS - DAY

[Sergeant Matthews storms through the dimly lit corridors of the alien spaceship, his determination unwavering as he searches for Krieg and Skyler.]

[Finally, he reaches the holding cells and spots them inside.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(urgently)

Come on you lot, we don't have much time.

SKYLER

Who the heck are you?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

I'm Sergeant Patrick Matthews of The unified intelligence task force, I’ve come to get you out of here.

[Krieg and Skyler exchange wary glances, unsure if they can trust this unexpected ally.]

KRIEG

(suspiciously)

And Why should we trust you?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(earnestly)

Because I'm here to help. I came with the Doctor

[Skyler's eyes widen in surprise, her skepticism waning as she considers Sergeant Matthews’s words.]

SKYLER

(hopefully)

The Doctor? Is he here?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(nodding)

Yes, and he's okay. At the moment he's speaking to lead Zoraxian to help him find a new planet, But we need to move quickly if we are to reach him, Follow me.

[They hurry through the corridors, their footsteps echoing against the metal floors. As they round a corner, they stumble upon a chamber unlike any they've seen before.]

KRIEG

Um guys, I think I might've found something.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

What do you mean?

KRIEG

Looks like some sort of chamber.

[The chamber is vast, filled with rows upon rows of cryogenic pods, each containing a sleeping figure. Krieg, Skyler, and Sergeant Matthews gaze in awe at the sight before them, realization dawning on their faces.]

KRIEG

(in disbelief)

Are those...?

SKYLER

(astonished)

The people of Earth. They're all here.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(grimly)

They're being kept in stasis chambers. But for what purpose?

SKYLER

you have to tell the doctor about this. Is there any way we can reach him?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

I gave the doctor an extra walkie-talkie. There we can contact him through the main ship.

KRIEG

Why don't you give that a try.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(into walkie-talkie)

Doctor, you won't believe what we've found.

DOCTOR

Oh, Captain Matthews, excellent to hear from you. Did you happen to find Krieg and Skyler?

SKYLER

(into walkie-talkie)

It's all good Doctor all safe

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(into walkie-talkie)

And just to let you know, that's the good news

DOCTOR

Okay, so what's the bad news?

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(into walkie-talkie)

Well, it turns out we found where the entire population of Earth are. They’re trapped within these in cryogenic stasis chambers. Completely untouched.

[The Doctor's eyes widen in shock and outrage, his fists clenching at his sides.]

DOCTOR

(furiously)

This is unacceptable! Kor, you have a lot of explaining to do.

KOR, standing nearby, shifts uncomfortably under the Doctor's accusing gaze.

KOR

(defensively)

I did what I had to in order to ensure the survival of The Gorgans.

DOCTOR

(angrily)

And what about the humans? What gives you the right to decide their fate?

Kor hesitates, his resolve faltering in the face of the Doctor's righteous indignation.

KOR

(reluctantly)

I... I cannot reverse the process. It is beyond my capabilities.

The Doctor's eyes narrow, his voice dripping with fury.

DOCTOR

(threateningly)

Then you leave me no choice. If you won't help, I'll make sure this ship never leaves Earth's orbit. I'll bring it crashing down myself Deep within the planet's core!

KOR

You're merely bluffing

DOCTOR

Would I be willing to if I did this?

[The doctor deactivates the ships controls with it, slowly, plummeting down into the planet]

[Kor recoils at the Doctor's words, realizing the gravity of the situation. After a tense moment of silence, he finally relents.]

INT. ALIEN SPACESHIP - CRYOGENIC CHAMBER - DAY

[Krieg, Skyler, and Sergeant Matthews watch with relief as the cryogenic pods hum to life, their occupants slowly awakening from their enforced slumber. However, their relief turns to confusion as they notice something strange happening— one by one, the people in the pods begin to vanish into thin air.]

SKYLER

(alarmed)

What's happening? Where are all the people going?

[Suddenly, the doctor voice is heard on the speakers]

DOCTOR

(though the Speaker)

It's alright everyone, every human on this ship Sent back to us, completely unharmed. Oh and quick heads up you might want to be careful

KREIG

Why do we need to be careful? It's all good and dusted.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(furrowing his brow)

I don't know about that.

[The crew start to turn as a notice that multiple gorgons are starting to be brought onto the ship.]

SKYLER

Guys, I think we might need to start running.

KREIG

I'm right behind you.

[The Crew start through the chamber Has worn more Gorgans appear, their  With each passing moment, the tension mounts, and they know that time is running out before the hatch door closes.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(urgently)

This way!

SKYLER

(breathlessly)

The hatch doors are almost about to close. We can't outrun them forever!

KREIG

Quickly, we're almost near.

[And that moment just before the hedge door is sealed off, the crew make a narrow escape Back near the corridors of the ship.]

KREIG

Man, That was a close one.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

I can see from the window that the Gorgans are Moving away from the door

SKYLER

Seems like they are no longer interested in us, Doctor did say that they were herbivores. They just tend to be frightened a little bit.

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Like how an elephant gets startled by Loud noises.

SKYLER

Exactly, he’s not far from here.

KREIG

He Could still be chatting up with that Zoraxian bloke

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

I think so, I know exactly where to go, follow me this way you two

[Kreig and Skyler follow Matthews Through the corridors of the ship, making their way to the main bridge]

Meanwhile on the Bridge The Doctor approaches Kor, his expression softened with understanding. Kor reflects on Actions for what he has caused

KOR

What happens to me now, Am I to be locked away forever? I did not want to cause evil. I just wished to protect the gorgans.

DOCTOR

Kor, you've made the right choice. There's always another way, another chance to make things right.

KOR

(gratefully)

Thank you, Doctor. I only hope it's not too late to undo the damage I've caused.

[The Doctor places a reassuring hand on Kor's shoulder, offering him a small, encouraging smile.]

DOCTOR

It's never too late to start anew, Kor. Find a world that's uninhabitable, where you can begin again. Learn from your mistakes and build a future that honors your people's legacy.

[Kor nods, a sense of determination filling his gaze as he gazes out into the vast expanse of space. Kreig,Skyler And Sergeant Matthews enter onto the bridge.]

KREIG

Doctor, you're safe and sound

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

Well that's great and all, but what are we supposed to do with with the Zoraxian

DOCTOR

Lower your weapon now Matthews, I'm not going to end this in bloodshed instead Kor has Agreed to leave this planet in peace, that he will find a new home for the gorgons and rebuild his world once and for all.

KREIG

So we're just gonna let them go and find a new planet for him to Reside

DOCTOR

Kor Here isn't an invader he's nearly got a farmer trying to take care of the gorgons,That's why you came here to this planet to give them a new home, but I think it'll be much better if the planet is uninhabitable for him. I want you to promise me whatever happens on whatever planet you find That you may find a way to build without Violence or reading.

KOR

(resolutely)

I will. And I will never forget the debt I owe to you, Doctor.

[With a final nod of acknowledgment, the Doctor turns to Krieg, Skyler, and Matthews, his gaze filled with resolve.]

DOCTOR

Well it looks like It's time to go home. Everyone Let's get back to Earth.

SKYLER

Well, I better hold my stomach in, It isn't gonna be easy landing back on earth.

All Together, The crew are teleported back onto the streets of Westgrove Avenue

EXT. WESTGROVE AVENUE - DAY

[The teleportation energy dissipates, and the Doctor, Krieg, Skyler, and Sergeant Matthews find themselves standing on the familiar streets of Westgrove Avenue. They exchange relieved glances, grateful to be back on solid ground once more.]

DOCTOR

(sighing with relief)

There we are, Home sweet home.

[As they take in their surroundings, they notice something different—the streets are bustling with life, filled with people going about their daily routines as if nothing had ever happened.]

SKYLER

(astonished)

Look! Everyone's back!

Krieg steps forward, a smile playing at the corners of his lips as he watches the joyful scene unfold.

KRIEG

(contentedly)

Well at least It's good to see everything back to normal.

The Doctor turns to Krieg, curiosity evident in his gaze.

DOCTOR

(intrigued)

You seem happy, Krieg. What's on your mind?

Krieg hesitates for a moment before stepping closer to the Doctor, his expression earnest.

SKYLER

(Quietly)

It's all good, Kreig, you can tell him.

[Kreig takes out a big breath and confesses to the doctor]

KRIEG

(softly)

Doctor, I... I  know why you brought me, So that I could see home again, but to be honest, I don't really have much here anymore.

[The Doctor's eyebrows knit together in surprise, but a warm smile spreads across his face.]

DOCTOR

(affectionately)

And why is that, Krieg?

KRIEG

(firmly)

Because every moment I've spent with you has been an adventure, Doctor. You've shown me a happiness I haven't felt in a long time. I want to continue exploring the universe With my favorite people in the universe.

The Doctor's smile widens, touched by Krieg's heartfelt words.

DOCTOR

(gratefully)

I'm really happy you said that, Krieg. You've always been a valuable member of the team.

[They share a moment of understanding before turning to Sergeant Matthews, who watches them with a mixture of pride and sadness.]

SERGEANT MATTHEWS

(smiling)

It's been an honor serving with you all, I probably better get back to UNIT. I've got a lot of things to say To the general, Until we meet again.

DOCTOR

That's all good, Matthews. It was really lovely working with you.

SKYLER

DOCTOR

[With a final wave, Sergeant Matthews steps back as the Doctor, Krieg and Skyler enter the TARDIS. Captain Matthews watches in wonder as the iconic blue box dematerializes before his eyes, disappearing into time and space.]
