1. Introduction At EviMoon ("we," "our," or "us"), we believe that your health data belongs solely to you. Our mission is to provide a secure, private cycle tracking experience without compromising your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
2. No Data Collection We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal data. EviMoon is a "Private by Design" application. We do not have a backend server, and we do not use cloud databases. We do not know who you are, and we cannot access your data.
3. Local Data Storage All information you enter into the app (including menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, pill usage, and notes) is stored locally on your device using an encrypted database. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
4. App Permissions and Usage To function correctly, EviMoon requests specific permissions. Here is how and why we use them:
FaceID / TouchID (Biometrics):
Usage: Used solely to lock the application and prevent unauthorized physical access to your health data.
Privacy: We do not have access to your biometric data. Authentication is handled entirely by the iOS/Android operating system. The app only receives a "Success" or "Fail" signal.
Notifications:
Usage: Used to schedule local reminders for your cycle phases and contraceptive pill intake.
Privacy: All notifications are generated locally on your device. No data is sent to external push notification servers.
Storage / File Access:
Usage: Required only if you choose to "Export Backup" or "Save PDF".
Privacy: The app only accesses the specific files it creates. We do not scan your photos or documents.
5. Third-Party Services EviMoon contains no third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs.

6. Data Backup and Restoration Since we do not store your data on our servers, you are responsible for your own backups. The app provides a manual "Backup" feature that generates an encrypted file. If you choose to share this file (e.g., via email or cloud drive) to restore it later, you are responsible for the security of that file outside the app.
7. Children’s Privacy EviMoon is intended for general audiences (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since we do not collect data at all, we do not possess any data regarding minors.
8. Changes to This Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Since we do not collect your email, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes.
