How to register at EviCore Provider Portal?

1. Go to the EviCore Website

   • Visit: https://www.evicore.com

2. Click on “Providers”

   • From the top menu, select “Providers”, then click “Login”.

3. Select “Register”

   • On the login screen, click the “Register” or “Register Now” link.

4. Choose Your Portal Type

   • Select either CareCore National or MedSolutions as your portal.

   • Pick the account type (e.g., Facility, Physician, Billing Office).

5. Fill Out the Registration Form

   • Enter your name, email, phone number

   • Provide your NPI (National Provider Identifier) and TIN (Tax ID Number)

   • Add practice or facility details

   • Create a username

6. Accept the Terms and Conditions

   • Agree to the HIPAA and portal usage terms.

7. Set Up Your Password

   • Follow the link in the confirmation email to create a secure password.

8. Log In to Your Account

   • Use your new credentials to access the portal.

9. Add Provider(s) to Your Account

   • After logging in, go to “Manage Account” → “Add Provider” using NPI and ZIP code.

Steps to Verify and Activate Your Provider Portal Account

1. Check Your Email Inbox

   • After completing the registration form, you’ll receive a confirmation email from EviCore Provider Portal.

2. Click the Verification Link

   • Open the email and click on the account verification link provided.

   • This confirms your identity and activates the account setup process.

3. Create a Secure Password

   • You’ll be redirected to a page to set your password.

   • Password requirements typically include:

     • At least 8 characters

     • One uppercase and one lowercase letter

     • One number

     • One special character

4. Login to Your Portal Account

   • Return to the Provider Login page on evicore.com

   • Enter your username and the password you just created

   • Click Login

5. Accept HIPAA Disclosure (if prompted)

   • The first time you log in, you may be required to accept HIPAA terms and portal usage policies.

6. Add Providers to Your Account (if applicable)
