· Subscriber/User:
"Subscriber/User" refers to any person or organization that has paid for or not paid for EV Homes services and has a login ID and password to access restricted areas of EV Homes. The Subscriber may select these credentials, EV Homes may assign them, or both parties may agree on them. Access to the services offered by EV Homes is restricted to authorized users only.
The term "Browser/Visitor" describes people who visit unrestricted areas of the app or related platforms or use any of the services offered by EV Homes without first registering for an account.
The term "Advertiser" describes a Subscriber/User who uses EV Homes services to upload, post, or distribute material.
An individual who accesses the services offered by EV Homes without having the legal or contractual authority to do so is referred to as a "unauthorized user." The terms and conditions of this Agreement, including those pertaining to intellectual property and other rules controlling the use of EV Homes, nevertheless apply to such individuals.
Subscribers, Advertisers, and Browsers/Visitors are all referred to as "User" and "Customer" in this context.
An individual who accesses the services offered by EV Homes without having the legal or contractual authority to do so is referred to as a "unauthorized user."
· Service or Services:
"Service" or "Services" refers to the interactive web resources and capabilities that EV Homes offers, such as:
a. Access to data stored in the database that EV Homes maintains.
b. Search features that let users use criteria-based tools to filter and examine pertinent info.
c. The user has a personalized dashboard to monitor and evaluate their performance.
The only purpose of these services is to facilitate information exchange, they do not imply that EV Homes is acting as an agent, either explicitly or implicitly, on behalf of any User or Customer.
· Utilisation and Display of Data:
Users of EV Homes or its related platforms may search, view, access, or refer to our projects in various ways. The platform’s display, modification, and use of real estate listings are entirely within the control of EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.
Users promise not to publish properties under fictitious names or through unlicensed real estate brokers, and to ensure that all property details are accurate.
· Backup and Accuracy:
Users are entirely in charge of keeping copies of the data, images, and materials they have supplied, even though EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. takes reasonable precautions for data backup and recovery. The accuracy of reports or data files given by users is not checked by EV Homes.
· Removal of Access:
In accordance with reasonable business practices, EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. retains the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove access from EV Homes or its affiliated platforms.
· Dependability of Service:
EV Homes clarifies that the app is not guaranteed to be free from faults or server downtime. Users are not required to pay any fees for the services provided by the app, as the services are offered free of charge.

Any terms, conditions, or disclaimers may be changed at EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.’s sole discretion and without prior notice. Regarding the services, all terms and disclaimers—whether stated clearly or implicitly—are considered to be included.
· Lead Generation and Commission Structure for Channel Partners and CPL(Cost-Per-Lead)
Channel Partners (CP) uses the EV Homes application to generate leads to provide potential customers for the app. These leads are systematically recorded and tracked within the simplest app. Once a lead has been created It will be assigned to a worker for further processing. Operators work to convert leads into fulfilled transactions or deals. As a rule of thumb, CP fees are most effective if the lead provided results in a traffic conversion (such as a sale, settlement, or settlement).
The fee structure and qualification standards are actually set out within the application conditions. To ensure transparency and compliance with applicable laws.

Content acquired from the service may not be used or reproduced by users for or in conjunction with any other listing or advertising service.
A user’s membership will be immediately terminated without warning if these rules are broken, particularly if they involve excessive or abusive use of the platform’s services through automatic or manual means.
· Intellectual Property Rights
EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. and/or its affiliates are the owners or licensees of all logos, brands, trademarks, and service marks ("Marks") that appear on EV Homes. EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates are fully entitled to all rights, whether statutory or otherwise. No user has a license or right to use these marks in any way just because they have access to EV Homes. In accordance with current Indian legislation, any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly forbidden and illegal.
EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. respects everyone’s intellectual property rights (IPR) and complies with all relevant Indian regulations. To the best of its abilities, the business works to safeguard the intellectual property rights of its users and other parties. EV Homes Construction Pvt. · Engaging in any business activity that would compete with EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.

F. Making changes to EV Homes’ features or services without first obtaining written, express consent.
G. Using interfaces that EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd. does not specifically offer to access EV Homes.
H. Making an effort to get beyond EV Homes Construction Pvt. Ltd.’s security or authentication systems.
I. Data extraction, replication, or scraping in order to provide comparable goods or services that rival EV Homes.

Your usage of EV Homes is governed by this agreement. The enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will not be impacted if any of them are determined to be in conflict with or invalid under any law, rule, order, or
regulation of any government, or by a court’s final decision
The waiver
Any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions that IEIL is unable to execute or enforce does not amount to a waiver of that right or provision such rights or provisions may be enforced at any moment in the future by IEIL

By using EV Homes, you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions and all issues about its usage shall be governed by Indian law
-Jurisdiction
Regardless of the region or jurisdiction from where you visit EV Homes, the courts in Navi Mumbai, India, will have sole jurisdiction over any issues about EV Homes and these terms and conditions
Although it is not a regular practice, IEIL retains the right to keep an eye on your posts on the app IEIL will take whatever appropriate action in its sole discretion if it learns of any improper use of EV Homes or any of its services. IEIL has the authority to notify law enforcement of any behavior deemed unlawful as well as any information obtained regarding such behavior IEIL will assist law enforcement officials in their investigation of suspected unlawful activities on the Internet upon request
