Google Login: If you choose to log in with Google, we collect your email address, first name, and last name from your Google profile.
Apple Login: If you choose to log in with Apple, we collect your email address and user name from your Apple ID.
Google Analytics (Usage Data):
We collect anonymised usage data via Google Analytics.
Usage data includes information about how users interact with the content within the app, such as how often a video has been watched.
This data is anonymised, meaning we do not track or identify individual users. For example, we can see how many times a video was viewed, but not who viewed it.
Purpose: Usage data is collected solely for app optimization and usage analysis.
This data is not used for clinical reasons and is not shared with third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information:
Login Information: We use the collected login information to:
Create and manage your user account.
Allow access to personalized features of the app.
Provide customer support and communicate with you about updates or issues with your account.
Postcode and age are collected for internal analysis to improve app features and user experience. They are not shared with third parties.
Third-Party Login Data: If you choose to use third-party login services (Google or Apple), we use the collected data to authenticate your identity and allow you access to the app. This data is stored securely and used only for account creation and login.
No Third Parties: We do not share any collected data (including login details) with any third parties, except as outlined in this policy.
