Does anyone else have the issue where they open chrome for the first time after startup and it's just blank? For me, it stays blank regardless of how many refreshes until**** i minimize the window and open it up again. weird right? anyone else? any fixes?

Password manager not working on any of my 3 computers. It is working okay on my phone because I did NOT shut it down overnight as I did with the computers. Password manager was working fine yesterday. Restarted 3 computers today and password manager would not start up on chrome or edge. Performed file cleanup and restart to no avail.
