Mental health and the issue of overworking are topics that need to be discussed more openly in the workplace so that companies and employees can all work towards these proposed solutions. People should also take steps to prioritize themselves because overworking and depriving themselves from sleep can severely and negatively affect their future.  Maybe then, work can be a safer and more comfortable space for everyone involved, and mental health won't have to suffer
