Epic Factor, in their own words, was "a non-profit agency that represents the best writers around the world and connects them with people interested in content." I began working with Epic Factor in October 2012. As a freelance writer, it was my responsibility to research and write articles on specific education-related topics that required little or no editing. In general, I wrote between 1,000 and 2,000 words of usable, well-researched content per day. I adhered to daily deadlines when completing my work. This position helped me learn to self-edit and also enhanced my Internet research skills. My freelance work ended with Epic Factor in December 2012.
