This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and Rapid Dijital (“We”, “Us”, “Our”), regarding your use of our mobile application (“the App”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on an Apple-authorized device.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App
Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Sell, distribute, or sublicense the App to third parties
All rights, title, and interest in the App — including all content, branding, and code — remain the property of Rapid Dijital.
This Agreement does not give you ownership of any intellectual property contained in the App.
The App offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s payment policies.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. We do not process or store any payment information.
The App does not collect or transmit personal chat data.
All analyses are performed locally on your device. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
The App uses third-party services such as Firebase and Google AdMob to improve functionality and display ads.
These services may collect limited anonymized data (e.g., device type, crash logs), but never access chat content or personal identifiers.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Dijital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
