These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Music Player FM mobile application (the “App”), developed and provided by Sibasi (the “Service Provider”) as a free application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to the Service Provider.

2. App Availability & Changes

The Service Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or parts of it) at any time.

While efforts are made to keep the App functional and up to date, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

3. Paid Features (If Applicable)

The App is currently offered for free.
If paid features or services are introduced in the future, pricing and terms will be clearly displayed within the App and managed through the Apple App Store.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

You agree not to use the App on jailbroken or rooted devices, as this may:

5. Internet & Data Usage

You are responsible for:

The Service Provider is not responsible for costs incurred due to network usage.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services that operate independently under their own terms and policies.

The Service Provider does not control or assume responsibility for third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Updates & Termination

You agree to accept updates when they are made available.

The Service Provider may terminate or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends and you must uninstall it.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
