**END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – LingoQuest**
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE LINGOQUEST APPLICATION ("APP"). BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
**1. LICENSE**
LingoQuest grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The App is licensed, not sold.
**2. RESTRICTIONS**
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense or distribute the App to any third party.
- Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement or Apple’s Terms of Service.
**3. OWNERSHIP**
All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the App and all copies thereof remain with LingoQuest and its licensors.
**4. UPDATES**
LingoQuest may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the App at its discretion. This Agreement will govern any such updates unless those are accompanied by a separate agreement.
**5. TERMINATION**
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial.
**6. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**
The App is provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind. LingoQuest disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event will LingoQuest or its licensors be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
**7. APPLE TERMS**
This Agreement supplements and does not override any terms during your use of the App from the Apple App Store, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
**8. GOVERNING LAW**
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of residence.
