Dopamine menu
Our first collaborative task was the “Dopamine Menu” designed to increase happiness, motivation, and well-being by categorizing activities that release dopamine and reduce stress. 8 teams of Spanish and Slovak students worked on the task. Combining their cultural perspectives and personal preferences, they jointly created a structured menu of activities to improve mood.
The menu was divided into 5 categories to help us choose activities based on their available time and energy:
1. Appetizers – quick mood boosters
2. Entrees – main activities for satisfaction
3. Sides – small enjoyable tasks
4. Desserts – relaxation
5. Specials – unique experiences
The “Dopamine Menu” is a flexible and personalized tool for improving mental well-being. Combining Spanish and Slovak lifestyles, the project offers a diverse range of activities that suit different moods and preferences. This menu provides ideas to help you feel happier and more energetic.
