Working group
This pop up working group is led by board member of the Europe Triathlon Martin Breedijk. The operational persons in this project are:

These persons are organising the project. They stay in contact with the 'Team Captains' of each triathlon club. So, each club has to ask one voluntair to be the 'Club manager' and organise it for their club.
Explanation
Because of the Corona crisis there aren't any races in Europe now. For the ETU that was a reason to set up an online race in order to compete with, to have fun with and meet each other. We were looking for a way where we can race frequently and also in the period after the Corona crisis.
On Zwift it wasn't possible to get our own 'race event'. For this reason we use the well organised WTRL (https://wtrl.racing/) every Thursday. By joining this event every week each team can earn points for the ETU TTT Zwift competition.
The 'Club managers' of a club decides how many teams will be registered and also the number of riders per team. There is a maximum of 4 riders (then the team has to finish with 3 riders) or 8 riders(then the team has to finish with 4). It's not gender specific. The only important rule for us: everybody in one team is from the same triathlon club.
By doing this week after week we build up a competition. We start in november 2020 with the winter competition and it ends in april 2021. We have not decided yet how, but every month there will be a winner in a certain way with a price.

From this point it's important to make a team and do the registration on WTRL. You don't have to pay any registration fees for neither the Europe Triathlon competition nor the WTRL TTT races, but we ask every team to donate WTRL a certain amount of money in order to keep organising these races very well with a specific Europe Triathlon result list.
