Efthymios (Themis) Pavlidis
I am a professor at the Department of Economics, Lancaster University Management School, UK. From 2020 to 2023, I served as Head of Department. I am also a co-director of two research projects on housing markets. The first project, which is in collaboration with the Globalization & Monetary Policy Institute of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, is the International Housing Observatory. The second project is the UK Housing Observatory of Lancaster University. My main research interests are macroeconomics, international finance, time series econometrics and forecasting.
