Ether, an adventurer, is forcibly pulled into a cave by looming corruption. With no apparent way out, he notices a corpse, and laying beside it, a shining amulet and a weapon. Dead set on escaping his fate, he equips himself free of guilt and advances towards the darkness, unaware of the dangers that lies ahead.

Ether Loop is a 2D top-down bullet-hell shoot'em up with roguelite elements such as permadeath. Delve through multiple floors, each with its own unique theme and atmosphere, rich with beautiful pixel artwork. The combat feel has a unique flow which lets you dictate the pace, with the help of a powerful dash ability.

Ether Loop features an in-depth loot system, with distinctive weapons and different tiers of items that synergize and modify each other. Some can inflict elemental effects such as freeze, or cause projectiles to deflect to nearby targets after a hit.

As you fight monsters that each have their own behaviors and patterns, random encounters dictate your journey down the abyss. The ability to judge risk versus reward is one of the key factors in beating Ether Loop.

Intense boss fights challenge your skill with screen-filling projectile patterns, accompanied by the captivating soundtracks that root you into the atmosphere of the game.

Five floors separate you from the corruption that plagues Ether's world, each procedurally generated. Ether Loop has multiple steam achievements varying in difficulty which represent your completion level of the game.
