My name is Ethan Foss, I am a first year Ph.D. student at Stanford University, studying Aeronautics and Astronautics. I received my Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees at the University of California, San Diego, in Mechanical Engineering in June 2023 and June 2024.
My research interests include sparse stochastic and robust optimal control and cislunar formation flight.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing piano, cooking, backpacking, and running.
