Neu Build for Wine estate with wine pressing room.

Project architect managing €1.2M winery extension from concept through construction. Designed contemporary addition to historic wine cellar, connected via external staircase linking both volumes. Developed hybrid structural system: reinforced concrete ground floor engineered for heavy tank loads, with exposed timber frame upper level and ventilated wood cladding façade. Coordinated structural and MEP consultants, developed detailed construction documentation, and managed on-site implementation integrating traditional winemaking requirements with modern sustainable construction.
