Refurbishment and extension of the primary school in Albbruch.

Project architect responsible for construction documentation and technical coordination on €8M primary school. Key contributions: developed detailed brick façade systems with window and door integration; designed classroom furniture integrating ventilation distribution for spatial efficiency; coordinated MEP systems with structural and building services engineers; managed construction phase cost monitoring and contractor liaison. Delivered technical solutions balancing educational functionality, budget control, and construction quality.
