Detached house in Emmendingen.

Project architect for €1.5M single-family residence on challenging sloped site. Developed construction documentation and technical detailing for three-level concrete structure with ventilated timber façade system. Resolved complex site access and garden integration across significant grade changes, coordinating structural, landscape, and MEP consultants. Designed custom interior fit-out and managed on-site coordination with contractors throughout construction phases.
