Haus am Markt, Badenweiler (GER)

New building with 4 flats, restaurant, underground car park and redevelopment of the market square in the town of Badenweiler.

Project architect managing technical delivery for €6M mixed-use development integrating residential, commercial, and public realm. Developed construction documentation and coordinated structural, MEP, and geotechnical consultants for complex excavation requiring sheet piling system for basement garage. Led custom detailing for non-orthogonal geometry requiring bespoke clay brick fabrication across five façades, designed restaurant interiors and residential fit-outs, and maintained direct client liaison. 

Key contribution: resolved technical challenges of irregular site geometry through precise coordination of custom-manufactured brick corner details and public plaza interface with weekly market operations.
