Current position (from Dec 2019):
Data Scientist in the AI Lab at ISI Foundation
Working on a Data Quality and Risk Overlay project
Last position as a researcher:
Postdoc position at ISI Foundation
in the project
ADnD: Algebraic-topological Detection of neurodegenerative Diseases
Main research topics:
My main research interest lie in two broad areas: use mathematical tools to unveil the information hidden in data (in particular biological data); and test to which extent simple models based on networks and dynamical systems can reproduce many of the features appearing on real biological data.
