Ester Rescue @ BLM
May 2019
AK BLM employees are up to snuff on CPR and First Aid! 8 members of our local office practiced and tested on our new direct feedback manikins, perfecting their rate and depth of compressions. Their AED skills are on point, and their aim with that Epi Pen is precise! Thank you, BLM, for your interest in saving others.

Ester Rescue Goes High-Tech
Jan. 1, 2019
We have moved into the future with direct feedback manikins. Students will use the new manikins, which give visual feedback on quality and rate of their chest compressions on all hands-on CPR skills. Additionally, all certification and re-certification will be done through blended learning courses through the AHA. Simply complete the online class that fits your needs, print off the certificate of completion, and schedule a skills check with Ester Rescue.

CPR on the Farm
March 2018
Calypso Farm teaches kids and adults about life on the farm, from sheep-shearing to bee-keeping. Now their staff has CPR and First Aid training to react if anything should happen on the farm. (I've heard the bees are friendly, but if they get moody, these folks know what to do now!)
Soil, Water & CPR

Fairbanks Soil and Water Conservation District, who rock the town with their soily, watery love for this Earth, certified half of their staff in CPR and First Aid. That's a handful of guys and gals out there who can make a real difference on the worst day of someone's life! Thanks, FSWCD!
