experimental film

An experimental documentary film that traces patterns of society and contemporary forms of worship through my own experiences and those of my family. Combining documentary footage, staged video, and replacement animation, Princess moves between the personal and the collective, examining the ways in which belief, social structures, and contemporary rituals shape our sense of self and our relationship to others.
