Sketchbooks are an important tool for artists to have on hand. They can be used for sketching out ideas, practicing new skills, or for just relaxing and drawing!

We will use so many art making techniques to create our sketchbook covers:

• Making lines and shapes with Sharpies

• Adding patterns with texture plates and crayons.

• Adding color with watercolors on top!

Once dry, the cover can be attached to the sketchbook pages with a stapler or by sewing!
