UTA, a global talent agency, has signed the esports organization Faze Clan to its roster of clientele. This agreement will bring many benefits to FaZe Clan, as the North American esports organization looks forward to expanding its content into scripted, unscripted, podcasting, and live streaming, alongside developing brand partnerships.
FaZe Clan will now be in contact with many clients of the agency such as NickMercs, Swagg, and Mongraal.
Damon Lau, UTA’s Head of Esports, talked about this new agreement between two entities:
“Through its execution of innovative concepts such as #FaZe5, FaZe has cultivated an unprecedented fanbase and has established itself at the forefront of entertainment, technology, and culture. We look forward to partnering with the team on developing one-of-a-kind content to further grow their audience.”
Besides a large list of clients, UTA boasts an impressive esports division as well. Pokimane, Scump, Symfuhny, and Valkyrae are known to be a part of it, and it is expected that more organizations will soon join it.
Lee Trink, the CEO of FaZe Clan, said:
“Our partnership with UTA signals the next stage in our evolution as a media and entertainment company, with a heightened focus on content expansion. Content and talent have always been the nucleus of our organization. With UTA’s powerful network and skill at aligning brands for high-impact opportunities, FaZe will further accelerate our indisputable growth trajectory.”
