Jan Neumeister Is GameSquare Esports' New Head Of Operations For Europe

GameSquare Esports has just announced Jan Neumeister as its new Head of European Operations. The international esports company didn’t think twice before appointing the former FaZe Clan Senior Vice President on this position.

Jan Neumeister will be tasked with managing and improving the company’s revenue growth in Europe. Also, he will seek new opportunities for the company’s expansion in North America.

The new head of GameSquare’s operations has an impressive portfolio and more than two decades of experience in the media, digital marketing, and the monetization of assets. Neumeister was the SVP of Media and Partnerships at FaZe Clan before joining GameSquare Esports, and he is also known as a skilled business strategist and experienced media manager.

Kevin Wright, CEO of GameSquare, believes that Neumeister is a huge asset to his company:

“I am extremely excited that we are attracting experienced professionals like Jan to the GameSquare family. Jan’s experience growing media groups and developing world-class partnerships is a tremendous asset for GameSquare as we build a leading, international gaming and esports company. Jan’s experience in esports, traditional sport, and global media companies is a winning combination that we anticipate will help us to capitalize on trends within esports, which is in the early innings of growth, and entertainment more broadly.”

Earlier in his career, Neumeister worked for City Football Group as its Head of Commercial Media as well.
