Esports Insider And World Pro Racing Have Signed A Partnership Deal
Esports Insider, a famous news website, and simulation racing event organizer World Pro Racing have signed a partnership deal. This agreement will see Esport Insider becoming WPR’s official international news publisher.
Esports Insider’s Co-Founder and Managing Director Sam Cooke has stated:
“We’re excited to work more closely with World Pro Racing. The sim racing space has gained a lot of traction in recent times, especially through 2020, and it’s undoubtedly an area we are keen to offer more comprehensive analysis and coverage on! We look forward to seeing and being a part of WPR’s continued growth in this sector.”
Ever since the coronavirus pandemic started, Esports was gaining more and more popularity due to traditional sports events and competitions pause. Sim racing sector prospered during this period, and many professional drivers started performing on virtual tracks due to regular racing being postponed because of the quarantine. Even media companies started paying more attention to sim racing, even broadcasting live events. For example, BT Sport has signed a partnership with the V10 R-League.
Justin Mifsud, the CTO and Founder of World Pro Racing, added:
“I’m very excited about this partnership. Having a solid news publisher such as ESI will add a boost to WPR’s growth and exposure globally.”
