3rd SUMMER SCHOOL OF THE EUROPEAN SOCIETY FOR THE PHILOSOPHY OF MATHEMATICS
We are pleased to invite applications to the 3rd Summer School of European Society for the Philosophy of Mathematics (ESPM), to be held in person at the University of Bari Aldo Moro. The Summer School will cover a range of topics in the philosophy of mathematics, with a special focus on the philosophical significance of contemporary research in mathematical logic.
The program will feature two week-long tutorials, invited lectures by distinguished scholars, and selected student presentations, with ample time for discussion and informal exchange.
The Summer School will host up to 25 participants.
Applications are invited from Master’s and PhD students and early-career researchers in philosophy, mathematics, logic, and related fields. Applicants are required to submit a short biographical note.
Applicants may optionally submit an extended abstract (maximum 2 pages). From these submissions, 8 student speakers will be selected to give a 30-minute presentation during the Summer School.
No registration fees are required.
