ǝ’skāp is designed to create a balance between structure and flow; a juxtaposition between the structured rigidity and whimsical movement found in Australian natives. A variety of grasses have been selected for their height, texture and colour. With a gentle breeze the foliage flutters and naturally spills into its surrounding landscape creating a layered texture throughout the garden.

We’ve chosen to incorporate mallee root into our garden because of its raw, unique beauty and connection to the Australian landscape. The gnarled, twisted shapes add a distinct character to our design, creating a natural focal point that feels grounded and timeless. The mallee root’s rugged texture brings warmth and authenticity to our garden, whilst telling a story of the land.
