These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the eSign: Sign PDF DOCX Documents iOS application (the “App”) provided by IE EVGENII ALEKSANOV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is intended for users who can enter into a binding contract under applicable law. An account is not required. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple‑approved devices that you own or control. Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to violate laws, infringe rights, or distribute harmful content.
Your documents (including PDFs, DOCX, images), annotations, and signatures are processed locally on your device. We do not upload your documents or signatures to our servers. You are responsible for backing up your content and securing your device. When you export or share documents to third‑party services (e.g., Files, Mail, cloud drives), their terms and privacy practices apply.
The App enables creation and placement of electronic signatures and signed documents. Legal validity of an electronic signature depends on your jurisdiction and use case. The App does not verify identity, notarize, or provide qualified/advanced digital signatures unless expressly stated in the App. You are solely responsible for determining whether a signature or workflow created with the App meets your legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Premium features are offered via auto‑renewable subscriptions billed through Apple.

1 Month: $10.99.
1 Year: $49.99.
Key terms:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at the time of renewal.
Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Taxes and currency conversion may apply. Availability, features, and prices may vary by country/region.
Free trials, introductory pricing, and other promotions may be offered from time to time and may apply to monthly or annual plans. Eligibility, duration, and included features may vary and are subject to change. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the applicable price will be charged. Per Apple’s rules, any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We may add, remove, or change features, plans, and prices at any time, including changing or discontinuing free trials. Price changes for existing subscriptions will follow Apple’s policies and, where required, you will be notified and given an option to agree or cancel before the change takes effect.
All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple’s support channels (reportaproblem.apple.com). We do not process payments or hold your payment details.
Premium features can be used offline. Some actions (for example, in‑app purchases, updates, or optional analytics/attribution by third‑party SDKs) may require an internet connection. The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.
The App may interoperate with third‑party services (e.g., file providers, email, cloud storage) that are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
The App and all associated content, features, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
The App is provided for general document preparation and e‑signature workflows and does not constitute legal advice. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and contracts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or documents, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App or, for subscription users, the fees paid for the current subscription term, in each case excluding amounts paid to Apple.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the App, your documents or signatures, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time and may cancel subscriptions through Apple. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, the license granted to you will end, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. Refer to the Privacy Policy available from the App or App Store listing.
