After the product update i have restarted the pc, taskbar Eset icon missing, on the search bar i have typed eset and it give me a error "your organization used device guard to block this app".

More issues I have downloaded Eset 16 from here -download-and-install-eset-offline-or-install-older-versions-of-eset-products, it shows 17.0.15 when tried install it gives outdated operating system, PLEASE CAN I HAVE VERSION 16 QUICK AS POSSIBLE

I also presume you have your firewall in interactive mode e.g. each time a new program tries to connect to the internet you're asked if you should allow/deny, remember etc. If you are not sure what to do with popups you might benefit from setting the firewall into automatic - that way Eset basically evaluates the programs for you and allows/blocks them depending on the risk. You can then still use that troubleshooter if something gets blocked.

You are correct. Previously you have to visit internetbanking website, or run secure mode from desktop to be protected. Now you can safely browse all websites just by opening your regular browser and you're protected all the time. This was possible also previously, but since v16 this protection of all browsers is default On.

I'm also having the same problem, I disabled secure all browsers, that seems to have disabled the option. With that option enabled, All my browsers will crash, I use firefox all the time, tried MS edge, and same problem. Then I noticed the green border. ( don't really use any banking online) but its was a bit annoying, and had a feeling eset was to blame.

I am having these issues as well, there is no way to disable the borders, other than completely uninstalling eset. The remove green border setting will work sometimes, but comes back often. Disabling all the various protection systems does nothing. This a design flaw and glitch.

Yes I tried disabling the green window frame setting, but it simply does not work. Only once after disabling and reset, it stayed off. Then it came back next time I started my PC. I have tried disabling every feature related to browser protection, and that does not work.

I'm confused by log collecting. There are what look like to entirely separate log collection facilities, one described at -how-do-i-use-eset-log-collector, and the other in ESET Internet Security under Help and Support -> Technical Support.

I want to add to this thread and post that after 9.0.375.0 came out, I have had nothing but problems. Windows Store Apps will not update "all" of them. My Second Life "Game" keeps saying it found a Degrade in Performance and locks up. My printer, my WD Cloud HDD, and other stuff are getting BLOCKED! I have hit unblock but they just block it again. I have uninstalled, used the eset uninstaller, did a clean install of Windows 10 and nothing wants to work properly unless I just uninstall eset and leave it off the computer. This needs to get fixed asap!
