1. Overview

ERojmel is a daily cash book (rojmel) app for shopkeepers. It helps you record your day's opening cash, payments to suppliers, closing cash and online sales, track pending dues, keep GST supplier details, and view a panchang calendar.

ERojmel is built to be private by design. Your business data stays on your own device. We do not operate a server that receives your ledger, we do not have accounts or logins, and we never sell your data.

This policy explains what the app stores, what it accesses on your phone, and the limited data that third parties may collect.

2. Information stored on your device

The following is saved only in the app's private storage on your phone:

• Daily entries — opening cash, closing cash, online sale amounts, and each payment you record.

• Supplier details — vendor names, GST status and GSTIN, brands supplied, the distributor's phone number, and an optional sales person's name and number that you choose to enter.

• Pending dues and payment history.

• Approximate location coordinates — used only to calculate the panchang (see section 4).

We have no access to any of this. It is not transmitted to Crampal Studios.

3. Information we do NOT collect

• We do not collect, transmit, or store your ledger or supplier data on any server.

• We do not require an account, email, or phone-number registration.

• We do not use analytics or crash-reporting tools.

• We do not sell or rent your personal or business information.

4. Permissions the app uses

Approximate location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) Used only on your device to calculate accurate local panchang timings — sunrise, sunset, rahu kaal and related figures for your area. Your coordinates are stored only on your phone and are never uploaded to us. If you deny this permission the app works normally and uses a default city (Pune).

Internet (INTERNET) The app's core features work offline. Internet access is used to serve advertisements (see section 6) and to open links you tap, such as calling a supplier or messaging them on WhatsApp.

File sharing When you export a report or create a backup, the app creates the file on your device and hands it to Android's standard share screen. You choose where it goes — your own Google Drive, WhatsApp, email or device storage. We are not involved in and have no access to where you send these files. Once a file leaves the app, its privacy is governed by whichever service you send it to.

Phone and messaging apps Tapping "Call" or "WhatsApp" on a supplier opens your phone's dialler or WhatsApp with that number. ERojmel does not place calls or send messages itself, and does not read your contacts or call history.

5. Backups and exports

ERojmel lets you save a backup file of your data and export supplier payment reports (CSV/PDF). These files are created locally and shared only when you choose to share them. Restoring a backup replaces the data currently in the app.

Keep your backup files somewhere safe — they contain your business records.

6. Advertising

Note: delete this entire section if you publish the app without ads.

ERojmel displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process certain information, including:

• your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID)

• device information such as model, operating system and language

• approximate location derived from your IP address

• ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown or tapped

This collection is carried out by Google, not by Crampal Studios, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Your choices:

• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device.

• You can opt out of ad personalisation in the same settings screen.

• If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, the app shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalised ads. You may change or withdraw that consent at any time from within the app.

Your ledger, supplier details and financial figures are never shared with advertisers.

7. Children

ERojmel is a business and finance tool intended for shopkeepers and other adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Data security

Your data is stored in the app's private storage on your device, so its security depends on your device's own protection. We recommend keeping your phone secured with a screen lock and taking regular backups.

9. Data retention and deletion

You are in full control of your data:

• Delete individual entries or vendors within the app at any time.

• Uninstalling the app removes all of its locally stored data from your device.

• Backup or export files you have already shared elsewhere must be deleted by you from wherever you saved them.

Because we never receive your ledger data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. If you have questions about data held by Google for advertising, please refer to Google's privacy policy linked in section 6.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected in an app update.
