Abuse, Harassment and Exploitation in Today's Academia
This project aims to reveal and underline the forms of abuse and harassment present in the current, neoliberal academia. Through interviews and focus group discussions held with the participation of PhD and post-doctoral researchers, it aims to make the precarity experienced by early career researchers visible. The project's purpose is to understand how early career researchers both take part in and be affected by the current academic system that produces abuse, harassment and exploitation.
