Eric Hsu

I am a development economist with interests in energy and environment. My work focuses on firm and household barriers to adopting technologies in low-income settings. Currently I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at CEGA at UC Berkeley and a Visiting Research Fellow at Strathmore University. I received a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
