The home to the left is one that I designed and built. It is LEED gold certified.
I've worked on most project types: Apartments, Mixed use projects, townhomes and condos, senior living and multiplexes.
Hotels, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, commissary kitchens.
I designed and drafted several hotels while working for Case Design Group. I've also been involved with construction administration, master planning, design review and all other phases of project work. Most of the other hospitality work I've done has been helping with tenant improvements. To the left is a unique La Quinta I designed in Santa Cruz.
I've worked on many types of commercial tenant improvements, including the remodel of grocery stores (Safeway and Albertson's), industrial TIs, hospitality, educational, and office spaces. Most projects have been in the hospitality domain.
I've worked on several types of mixed use projects. Although many people think of 'mixed use' as residential over commercial, it can also include unusual projects like office/storage units, office/café, or office/industrial. I have worked on all of these types of construction and am familiar with the challenges of having multiple use types and fire protection zones in a single building.
There are several other types of projects I've worked on, from elder care facilities, to daycare and churches.
