This application (“Staffmate”) is developed and provided exclusively for the use of ErabiGroup and its officially contracted franchise owners and branches.

Access to the app is strictly limited to ErabiGroup franchisees who hold an active and valid contract with ErabiGroup headquarters. Unauthorized users, including the general public or businesses outside the ErabiGroup franchise network, are not permitted to use this application.

All features, including authentication codes, NFC card allocations, payroll, and staff management tools, are provided solely to ErabiGroup franchisees as part of their contractual relationship with the company. Any attempt to use or distribute this app outside of its intended scope is prohibited.

By downloading or using this application, you acknowledge and agree that eligibility is restricted to ErabiGroup franchise owners. If you are not an ErabiGroup franchisee with a valid contract, you are not authorized to access or use this app.

1. Eligibility

StaffMate is strictly intended for franchise owners who are in an active contractual agreement with ErabiGroup restaurants and branches. General public users are not eligible.

2. Data Collection & Usage

The app does not collect personal data from end users beyond what is necessary to authenticate franchise owners and their staff.
Authentication codes and NFC card identifiers are linked only to the franchise account and branch employees.
No personal payment details are stored in the app; all payments are handled securely through authorized platforms (App Store, Google Play, or direct contracts with ErabiGroup).

3. Authentication & Access

After payment, users must contact ErabiGroup headquarters to receive their authentication codes.
These codes control access to app features and are tied to each franchise.
Authentication codes are unlimited per franchise, subject to contractual agreement.

4. NFC Cards

Franchise owners may request NFC cards for their branch employees.
Extra NFC cards can be requested through ErabiGroup headquarters.

5. Data Security

All franchise and employee data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
ErabiGroup does not share or sell franchise or employee data with third parties.

6. Changes

ErabiGroup may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes within the app.

Terms & Conditions – StaffMate

1 Account Creation & Subscription Access

Users cannot create an account directly inside the app.
In order to access or purchase any subscription, the franchise must first obtain an official console account issued by ErabiGroup headquarters.
Without a valid console account, users will not be able to register, subscribe, make payments, or access any features of the StaffMate app.
All subscriptions must be pre-approved and activated by ErabiGroup before use.

2. Payment & Subscriptions

App subscriptions must be completed via the App Store or Google Play only after the franchise has been registered with ErabiGroup HQ.
Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payment will be charged to the user’s App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews for the same price and duration unless canceled in account settings.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.

3. Authentication & Access

Following payment, the franchise must contact ErabiGroup headquarters to receive authentication codes.
These codes allow franchise owners and their authorized staff to access StaffMate functionality.
Authentication codes are managed solely by ErabiGroup and cannot be transferred or resold.

4. NFC Cards

NFC cards will be provided per branch employee as required.
Additional NFC cards can be purchased or requested via ErabiGroup headquarters.
NFC cards remain property of the franchise and must be used only for business operations.

5. Restrictions

Users agree not to:

Share authentication codes with unauthorized parties.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute StaffMate without consent.
Use the app outside the scope of their contractual agreement with ErabiGroup.

6. Termination

ErabiGroup reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to StaffMate if:

The franchise agreement ends or is breached.
Unauthorized use or fraudulent activity is detected.

7. Liability

StaffMate is provided “as is”.
ErabiGroup is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or misuse of the app.
Franchise owners are fully responsible for staff use of the app within their branches.
