Era Express requires access to your device's location to provide delivery services, verify addresses, and enable real-time order tracking. You can grant or deny this permission through your device settings and can change your choice at any time. Please note that without location access, we may not be able to process deliveries or provide accurate tracking.
With your consent, we may send push notifications about order status, delivery updates, promotions, and updates. You can manage notification preferences through your device settings.
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or push notifications by following the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or adjusting your in-app preferences.
You can review and update certain account information, saved addresses, and payment methods through your profile settings within the App.

Location Data: Real-time location data used for active deliveries is not stored after the delivery is completed, except as necessary for dispute resolution or legal compliance.
