Équipe Francobotique

FLL TEAM 44642 - Established in 2019

Bonjour! We are Équipe Francobotique, a French-speaking FIRST LEGO LEAGUE Challenge team located in Aurora, Ontario, Canada. We are a  not-for-profit community team, representing l'Association des francophones de la région de York (l'AFRY).

What is FIRST LEGO LEAGUE?

FIRST LEGO LEAGUE was founded in 1998 to inspire students to  participate in science and technology. It engages children in playful and meaningful learning while helping them discover the fun in science and technology through their FLL experience. Today, over 110 countries and 679 000 students participate in the FIRST LEGO LEAGUE.

The FIRST LEGO LEAGUE Challenge program is geared to children in Grades 4 to 8. It introduces students to real-world engineering challenges by building LEGO-based robots to complete tasks on a thematic playing surface. FLL Challenge teams, guided by their imaginations and adult coaches, discover exciting career possibilities and, through the process, learn to make positive contributions to society.

Want to know a bit more about our FLL Challenge team?

On this website, you will find information about our various seasons. Please use the tabs at the top of this page to find out more about the wonderful things we have learned and accomplished while participating in the various FIRST LEGO LEAGUE programs. Our highly decorated team started out as an afterschool STEM club, participating in the FLL Explore program (Grades 1 - 3). Since, we have evolved into a regional, provincial, national and INTERNATIONAL champion FLL Challenge team! We are always learning, and improving, while also having fun working as a team.
