I need to login to my account and get a credit report ASAP since I'm trying to rent- this is my first time using Equifax (I'm using the Canadian one). I put in all my details to get my credit report but ended up getting the message, "We have experienced an issue processing your request." I tried again some time later and then got the message that I already have an account. Then I tried logging in with my email and password I normally use for these things. Again I got the message, "We have experienced an issue..." I've checked my email and there isn't any mail from Equifax and nothing sent to my phone either. I also tried the forgot my password thing and still no email or ability to login. I tried calling and didn't get anywhere with the customer service. Is there a solution or some specific thing I'm supposed to call and say?
