So apparently my epson stylus t13 started blinking red and showed out of service. Nothing was moving at all even when I turned the printer on/off/long presses/rapid button presses. I did some research and found out it was due to my waste ink pad counter being full. So I did some more research and found out that there's a waste ink pad counter in every printer and you gotta have a resetter software to reset the counter so that it works again. I searched the internet for more than 2 hours just to be disappointed/get paid softwares and turns out it's kind of a problem for nearly everyone who's had a printer for more than 5 years. At last I found a software called WIC reset key, it also only resets once as a trail and only resets 80% of the counter. So did you guys face the same problem? What did you guys do? What are some better alternatives?
Epson Adjustment Program Software

I use the following program to reset (ink counter) for my older model Epson printers (R800, R1800, etc). It provides other features such as resetting individual ink cartridges but I haven't used these. I use a Chip Re-Setter for this function
I tried searching for this question and didn't see any relevant posts that weren't 10+ years old so I thought it safe to ask again. Basically, I am interested in a program that allows me to selectively clean individual print heads and perform any other common maintenance needs that may arise on my r3000. Both programs can perform selective head cleans/ink purges, correct? Is there a distinct advantage to one over the other? I run on mac, so QTR is probably the natural choice all things being equal (even though it has a higher price). But I have parallels with Windows 7 installed so the adjustment software isn't out of the question.
If there's an adjustment software that works for mac, I'm not aware of it. But with parallels I can run PC-based applications just fine. I'm just not sure which software would serve my desire to more efficiently maintain my printer better. 589ccfa754
